Please take a look at the attachment, CAFMA is updating the size up for wildland fires. The reason for this is we would like to get all Prescott Basin agencies on the same page when giving a size up. The information requested in this new format will paint a great picture for incoming resources and it also provides critical data needed for fire reporting. Just like any other size up all information does not have to be given on initial report, you can continue to size up the incident and pass the information on as you get it. My recommendation would be print multiple forms and keep them in  apparatus that could responded to a wildland fire. If you have any questions please contact me.
